Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Onze partner is een toonaangevend internationaal bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de aanleg, het beheer en onderhoud van infrastructuur en spoorwegen, evenals in civiele techniek en techniek voor gebouwen. Het bedrijf is actief in diverse sectoren, waaronder spoorwegen, civiele infrastructuur, techniek en gebouwen, en is bekend om zijn innovatieve oplossingen en duurzame aanpak.

Voor in de werkplaats van onze partner, Regio Gent, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Constructielasser die graag meewerkt aan uitdagende en technisch geavanceerde projecten binnen de spoorsector.

  • In deze afwisselende functie sta je in voor het lassen, samenstellen, bouwen en herstellen van spoorgerelateerde machines, installaties en staalconstructies.
  • Geen repetitief bandwerk, maar maatwerk projecten waarbij jouw vakmanschap en technisch inzicht het verschil maken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de meest efficiënte en kwalitatieve oplossingen en werkt aan unieke constructies die worden ingezet op diverse spoorwerven. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van innovatieve machines en toepassingen voor de spoorinfrastructuur.
  • Je staat in voor het lassen van staalconstructies en metaalwerken, waarbij ervaring met MIG/MAG- en elektrodelassen essentieel is.
  • Kennis van TIG-lassen is een mooie plus.
  • Je stelt constructies samen aan de hand van technische plannen en tekeningen en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit aan machines en spoorgerelateerd materieel en werkt mee aan het onderhoud ervan.
  • Je bewerkt metalen onderdelen met diverse machines en gereedschappen om onderdelen nauwkeurig op maat te maken.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met uiteenlopende apparatuur, zoals een lintzaag, kolomboormachine, draaibank, hydraulische pers en plasma-snijapparatuur.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met de collega die de ontwerpen en technische tekeningen in SolidWorks uitwerkt, zodat projecten efficiënt en correct worden gerealiseerd.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen voor bestaande constructies en machines.

Kortom, een uitdagende functie voor een lasser die houdt van variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en technische uitdagingen.

  • 3 tal jaar relevante ervaring als constructielasser, metaalbewerker of samensteller.
  • Technische plannen en tekeningen vlot kan lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Nauwkeurig werkt en steeds oog heeft voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en afwerking.
  • Beschikt over voldoende technisch inzicht om constructies te monteren en technische uitdagingen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
  • Gemotiveerd, hands-on en leergierig is en graag bijleert in een technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring met TIG-lassen.
  • Kennis van plasma-snijden.
  • Ervaring binnen de constructie- of metaalbouwsector.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
