Op zoek naar een technische job waarin lassen, montage en maatwerk elke dag samenkomen? Voor een gespecialiseerde speler binnen voertuigopbouw zoeken we een Constructielasser die graag mee bouwt aan oplossingen die dagelijks professioneel ingezet worden.

Van bedrijfsvoertuigen tot complexe technische opbouwen: binnen deze organisatie wordt elk voertuig aangepast aan de specifieke toepassing van de klant. Daardoor is de job bijzonder veelzijdig. De ene dag wordt gewerkt aan een nieuwe constructie, de volgende dag staat een ander technisch systeem of maatwerkproject centraal.

De werkplaats combineert een sterke focus op kwaliteit met een praktische aanpak. Technische plannen vormen de basis, maar ook inzicht op de werkvloer is belangrijk. Samen met collega's wordt gezocht naar een efficiënte manier om elke constructie correct, stevig en verzorgd af te werken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opbouwen en inrichten van nieuwe bedrijfsvoertuigen
  • Technische plannen interpreteren en gebruiken als basis voor de constructiewerkzaamheden
  • Metalen onderdelen voorbereiden, positioneren en samenstellen
  • Lassen van constructies volgens de gewenste technische specificaties
  • Monteren en afwerken van verschillende onderdelen en systemen
  • Meewerken aan maatwerkoplossingen zoals containersystemen, wisselsystemen en kraanopbouwen
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde, kwalitatieve afwerking van iedere constructie
  • Overleggen met collega's over de praktische uitvoering en technische oplossingen
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen lassen, constructie of montage, of een relevante technische opleiding
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en oog voor detail en kwalitatieve afwerking
  • Gemotiveerd om nieuwe technieken aan te leren en verder te groeien binnen de functie
  • Teamgericht en tegelijk zelfstandig ingesteld; ervaring met TIG-lassen is een pluspunt
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
