Sleutelen, lassen en bouwen aan machines die je niet elke dag ziet

Je hebt iets met techniek. Grote machines, hydraulica, metaalbewerking… dat is waar je energie van krijgt. In deze job werk je in een atelier waar zwaar rollend materieel centraal staat.

Je ondersteunt de opbouw en aanpassing van machines die later op locatie worden ingezet. Geen repetitief werk, wel variatie en technisch denkwerk.

Wat je concreet doet:

  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen
  • Je maakt of past constructies aan via lassen, draaien en frezen
  • Je demonteert en reviseert onderdelen
  • Je bouwt subassemblages zodat techniekers op locatie sneller kunnen werken
  • Je test hydraulische componenten en constructies
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en oplossingen
  • Je houdt de werkplaats ordelijk en overzichtelijk

Je werkt dus met je handen én je hoofd. En ja, soms moet je creatief zijn om iets opgelost te krijgen.

Je hoeft niet alles te kunnen, maar je moet wel technisch denken.

  • Technische achtergrond of sterke interesse (lassen, mechanica, elektromechanica…)
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met rollend materieel, vrachtwagens of landbouwmachines is een plus
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen of wil dit leren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt initiatief
  • Je werkt graag in team
