We are looking for experienced Construction Carpenters for housing projects in the Netherlands. What are you going to do? As a Construction Carpenter, you will work on residential construction projects such as houses and apartment buildings. You will be responsible for carpentry and formwork tasks, assembling and installing wooden structures according to technical drawings and site specifications, while working in a safety-focused environment. Your main tasks include: - Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden structures such as frameworks, walls, and roof elements - Installing doors, windows, floors, and other interior and exterior building components - Working with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment - Reading and working from construction drawings and work instructions - Following site safety regulations and quality standards What can you expect from us? Employment conditions: - Gross hourly wage depending on experience - Net salary between €450 - €550 per week, based on a 37,5-hour working week - Possibility to work overtime - Weekly salary payments - Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation Vacation & benefits: - 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary) - 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly together with your salary - Pension scheme from your first working day - Tools, work clothing, and full personal protective equipment (PPE) provided Housing, transport & practical support: - Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec - private single room - Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace - Transport to and from work arranged ...
