Bauleiter Rohrleitungsbau / Construction Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

- Gesamtverantwortung für die Bauausführung von Pipelineprojekten von der Projektfreigabe bis Übergabe - Führung und Koordination von Bauleitern, Nachunternehmern, Schweißkolonnen, HDD-Spezialisten, Prüf- und Inbetriebnahmeteams - Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Ausführung gemäß Spezifikationen, Normen, Vorschriften und Branchenstandards sowie HSE Standards - Steuerung von Bauabläufen, Terminplänen, Ressourcen und Produktivitätszielen - Verantwortung für sämtliche Pipeline-Bauaktivitäten, insbesondere: Trassen-/ROW-Vorbereitung, Rohrlogistik und Stringing, Biegen, Schweißen, Zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen (NDT), Korrosionsschutz und Beschichtung, Rohrgrabenherstellung, Einbau (Lowering-In), Verfüllung, Hydrotesting, Inbetriebnahme - Überwachung des Baus zugehöriger Anlagen, wie Verdichterstationen, Meß- und Übergabestationen etc. - Steuerung von Beschaffung, Materialfluss und Baustellenlogistik - Durchführung von Risikobewertungen, Constructability Reviews und Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung - Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Auftraggebern, Engineering, Genehmigungsbehörden, Grundstückseigentümern und weiteren Stakeholdern - Prüfung und Freigabe von Bauverfahren, Arbeitsanweisungen und Method Statements - Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen sowie Erstellung von Fortschritts- und Managementberichten - Unterstützung bei Nachtrags- und Claimsmanagement

Dein Profil

- Studium z.B. als (Bau)Ingenieur) oder Techniker im Tiefbau / Rohrleitungsbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Kenntnisse internationaler Normen, Standards und Vorschriften im Pipelinebau - Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Realisierung großere Fernleitungs- und Infrastrukturprojekte bzw. im Pipelinebau idealerweise auf EPC-Contractor-Seite und mit Baustellenteams mit ca. 300 Mitarbeitern - Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Organisationskompetenz - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise - Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

Du kommst nicht aus der Region? Kein Problem: Wir stellen Dir eine möblierte Wohnung in Arbeitsplatznähe zur Verfügung. 2 Heimreisen im Monat bekommst Du bezahlt, vor Ort steht Dir ein Auto zur Verfügung. Durch unseren Arbeitsrhythmus in Rotation hast Du alle 2 Wochen 4 Tage frei.
