Consulaire dienstverlening

· Administratieve ondersteuning voor de verwerking van consulaire producten zoals verklaringen, legalisaties, naturalisaties, opties en andere;

· Informatie verstrekken over richtlijnen en adviezen, diverse regelgevingen, wetten, (beleids)maatregelen en doelstellingen van vastgesteld consulair beleid

· Gedetineerdenbegeleiding

· Bieden van advies en ondersteuning aan Nederlandse burgers in het buitenland;

· Begeleiding bij inburgeringsexamens;

· Bijstand bij een ongeval, arrestatie, overlijden, vermissing etc.

· Reisadviezen en landeninformatie

· 24/7 bereikbaarheidsdienst voor calamiteiten (in overleg)

Informatie- en kennisoverdracht

Adviseert over en/of geeft voorlichting over de interpretatie en uitvoering van regelingen op consulair gebied en aangrenzende regelgeving, de toepassing van wettelijke en/of ministeriële voorschriften en richtlijnen en over te nemen maatregelen ter bevordering van een zo doelmatige uitvoering en verantwoording van de consulaire hulp en bijstand, in overleg met de senior consulair medewerker.

Profiel

De medewerker schakelt soepel tussen uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en is in staat om in te spelen op onverwachte situaties. Goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn noodzakelijk en ondanks de zelfstandigheid van de medewerker is goed samenwerken in teamverband essentieel.

De medewerker dient uitstekend overweg te kunnen met Microsoft Office, goed zijn in plannen en organiseren en is flexibel voor wat betreft de vervangingsrelatie met de rest van het consulaire team. Integriteit, klant- en resultaatgericht handelen worden hoog in het vaandel gedragen.

Kennis- en vaardigheidsvereisten

· Administratieve werkervaring

· Ervaring met klantenservice

· Teamspeler met dienstverlenende instelling

· Goede digitale vaardigheden, waaronder beheersing van Windows gestuurde programma’s zoals Word, Excel en Outlook, alsook van verschillende digitale vergadermogelijkheden als MyRoom, MS Teams, Webex.

· Kennis van het Nederlands is een must, je beheerst het Frans uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van de Engelse taal.

Werk- en denkniveau, aanvullende opleidingen en kennis

· Werk- en denkniveau: MBO/HBO

· Ervaringsniveau: 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse (minimaal C1-niveau) en Engelse taal
