De gemeente ondersteunt gedupeerde ouders bij het maken van een nieuwe start. Jij bent als Consulent het aanspreekpunt van deze ouder(s) en het gezin. Door jouw inzet lever jij direct een bijdrage aan het herstellen van het vertrouwen in de overheid. Jij biedt onderteuning en begeleiding op verschillende leefgebieden. Denk aan: financiën, budgetbeheer, bewindvoering, wonen, gezondheid, werk/ dagbesteding en gezinssituatie. Je rol bestaat uit: - proactief benaderen van de (potentieel) gedupeerde ouders. - luisterend oor bieden, het vertrouwen herstellen. - de hulpvraag in kaart brengen door goed in gesprek te gaan met de ouders. - beoordelen of er ondersteuning nodig is op de verschillende leefgebieden. - maken van een plan van aanpak waar de ouders en jij achter staan. - toewerken naar een gezamelijke oplossing. Functie-eisen Je leest het; dit is een zeer verantwoordelijke rol waarvoor wij een grote mate van deskundigheid en betrokkenheid zoeken. Hiervoor beschik je sowieso over: - een HBO diploma - ervaring als Consulent binnen de Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire zodat je snel en kundig kunt reageren Competenties - je kunt je inleven in de emoties van de klant - je toont begrip voor hun situatie en laat ouders laten voelen dat je hen serieus neemt - je kunt duidelijke informatie kunnen geven, zowel in een gesprek als bij het opstellen van het plan van aanpak - je bent transparant en duidelijk over de afspraken die jullie samen maken en bent betrouwbaar - onder druk kan jij goed handelen en je kunt...
