Consulent Budgetbeheer HBO, 32-36 uur per week Bij de VKB zijn we volop bezig met het vernieuwen van onze dienstverlening. Heb je een passie voor het ondersteunen van anderen bij het beheren van hun financiën? Werk je graag zelfstandig en ben je goed in het structureren van geldzaken? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken! De VKB helpt inwoners die niet goed kunnen rondkomen, moeite hebben met het aflossen van schulden of het overzicht kwijt zijn op hun financiële situatie. Samen met gemeenten, hulpverleners en vrijwilligersorganisaties helpen we mensen om weer grip te krijgen op hun geldzaken. Ons doel? Mensen op weg helpen naar een financieel gezonde toekomst. Onze missie? Inwoners helpen naar duurzame financiële zelfredzaamheid. Persoonlijk, coachend, professioneel en altijd in verbinding met ons netwerk van ketenpartners. Wat ga je doen? Als consulent Budgetbeheer ga je in gesprek met inwoners om hun financiële situatie in kaart te brengen. Je zet een passend traject op en begeleidt hen gedurende het hele proces. Je helpt bij het ordenen van de financiële huishouding door inkomens te optimaliseren en uitgaven te structureren. Dit doe je door het uitvoeren van Budgetbeheer. Met jouw gedegen aanpak voorkom je nieuwe schulden en betalingsachterstanden. Samen met de inwoner, externe partijen en interne collega's werk je aan (het herstel van) financiële zelfstandigheid en het voorkomen en oplossen van schulden. Je zorgt voor een stabiele financiële situatie en draagt dossiers over aan team Schuldregelen of Beschermingsbewind. Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau (bijv. sociaal werk, SJD, schuldhulpverlening) - Ervaring met coachen of begeleiden van mensen in kwetsbare situaties - Je bent goed op de hoogte van wet- en regelgeving rondom sociale zekerheid - Inzicht in financiële problematiek en gedragsverandering - Affiniteit met schuldhulpverlening en het sociaal domein - Oprechte interesse in mensen en het vermogen ...
