Consulent budgetbeheer fase 1 Hier werk je aan meeBij de Groningse Kredietbank (GKB) van de gemeente Groningen kunnen inwoners terecht voor overzicht en inzicht inhun financiën, inkomensbeheer, beschermingsbewind en schuldhulpverlening. Daarnaast kunnen ze bij ons eenaanvraag indienen voor een lening. Een inwoner hoeft niet zelf te kiezen welke dienst het beste bij hem of haar past,daar helpen wij bij. De GKB is er voor alle inwoners én zelfstandig ondernemers, en samen gaan wij op weg naar eenfinancieel gezonde toekomst! Hier ga jij je mee bezig houden Als consulent budgetbeheerder fase 1 speel jij een belangrijke rol in het leven van inwoners. Je werkt samen met henaan financiële stabiliteit en helpt hen om steeds meer grip te krijgen op hun financiële situatie. Je beheert zelfstandighun huishoudelijke financiën en zorgt ervoor dat alles overzichtelijk en stabiel verloopt. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de inwoner. Je begeleidt hen bij hun budget, helpt hen inzicht te krijgen in hunfinanciële situatie en stimuleert hen om steeds meer zelf de regie te nemen over hun financiën. Je hebt intensiefcontact met de inwoner en zet interventies in die aansluiten bij wat de inwoner nodig heeft om stappen vooruit tezetten. Je hebt je eigen caseload met inwoners waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent. Daarbij neem je beslissingen waar nodig en voer je onderhandelingen met schuldeisers om haalbareterugbetalingsregelingen te treffen. In jouw werk onderhoud je regelmatig contact met inwoners, schuldeisers,hulpverleningsinstanties en andere betrokken partijen. Je signaleert achterliggende problematiek en zet waar nodigacties uit. Je weet daarbij een goede balans te vinden tussen het bieden van ondersteuning en het stimuleren van deeigen verantwoordelijkheid van de inwoner. Gedurende het budgetbeheer wordt periodiek beoordeeld of deze vorm van dienstverlening nog passend is en inhoeverre de inwoner stappen zet richting financiële zelfredzaamhei...
