De consulent voert zelfstandig regie over een bestaande caseload, brengt de ondersteuningsbehoefte integraal in kaart en stelt per dossier een plan van aanpak op. Belangrijke taken zijn afstemming met ketenpartners, adviseren over passende voorzieningen en het organiseren of inzetten van noodzakelijke interventies. De consulent zorgt voor adequate en conforme vastlegging van bevindingen, adviezen en acties en draagt bij aan tijdige afhandeling van de toegewezen dossiers. De opdracht wordt zelfstandig uitgevoerd vanuit eigen expertise en professionele verantwoordelijkheid; de gemeente stuurt op voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaat binnen geldende wet- en regelgeving. Vereist profiel - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur opleiding in sociaal werk, maatschappelijk werk, schuldhulpverlening of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare ervaring met casemanagement en begeleiding van complexe dossiers, bij voorkeur binnen schuld- en inkomensproblematiek. - Kennis van de gevolgen van de Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire en ervaring met het werken in ketens en met gemeentelijke processen. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, vermogen tot integraal vraaggericht werken en het opstellen van heldere plannen van aanpak. - Ervaring met adequate dossiervorming en rapportage, nauwkeurig in documentatie en bekend met privacy- en gegevensbeschermingsregels. - Zelfstandig, besluitvaardig en professioneel bevoegd om binnen afgesproken kaders resultaat te leveren. - Flexibele inzetbaarheid gedurende de opdrachtperiode; een VOG en referenties zijn gewenst of vereist.
