Wat ga je doen?

Als consulent(e) sta je dagelijks in contact met je team huishoudhulpen want je zorgt voor hun planning, administratie en persoonlijke begeleiding. Bovendien zoek je naarstig verder naar nieuwe huishoudhulpen. Je kent je collega’s als geen ander en weet dus perfect wie de ideale match kan zijn voor nieuwe aanvragers. Je wordt het vaste aanspreekpunt van klanten en helpt hen ook administratief zodat je hen volledig ontzorgt.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een veelzijdig talent! Wij zoeken geen 'gewone' consulent(e), maar een echte professional die begrijpt dat deze functie veel meer inhoudt dan administratie. Het is een job die vraagt om een hands-on mentaliteit, oplossingsgericht denken en bovenal: de passie om het verschil te maken voor de mensen om je heen!

  • Je hebt een kritische blik en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs in complexe situaties;
  • Je bent administratief sterk, een uitstekende planner en hebt geen moeite met het werken met verschillende computersystemen;
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en in staat om relaties met klanten en medewerkers te onderhouden op een professionele en oprechte manier;
  • Stress is voor jou geen probleem, maar een uitdaging waarbij je zaken proactief aanpakt;
  • Je hebt een zelfstandige werkhouding en bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en motiverend;
  • Een vlotte babbel in het Nederlands is een must, maar als je ook Frans, Engels of Portugees spreekt, is dat zeker een plus!
  • Een diploma op hoger niveau is welkom, maar jouw motivatie, ervaring en enthousiasme zijn voor ons het belangrijkst!

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Opleiding secundair/hoger of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van dienstenchequesysteem, sociale wetgeving en personeelsadministratie
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden
  • Coördinerende ervaring is mooi meegenomen
  • Ervaring met bemiddeling en conflicthantering is waardevol
  • Even belangrijk: een sterke leerbereidheid en de wil om in deze rol te groeien
