In Rijen zorg je dat documenten compleet en goed terug te vinden zijn. Met jouw oog voor kwaliteit en advies ondersteun je 3 gemeenten tegelijk. Wat ga je doen? Een compleet dossier en informatie op de juiste plek: jij zorgt ervoor. Als consulent informatievoorziening bij Documentaire Informatievoorziening (DIV) beheer je digitale en fysieke documenten. Je kijkt verder dan archiveren alleen. Klopt de inhoud van een zaak? En sluit de informatievoorziening aan op hoe collega's werken? Binnen team Informatiebeheer combineer je documentbeheer met kwaliteitscontroles en advies. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beheert, ordent en archiveert digitale en fysieke documenten. - Je werkt in het gezamenlijke zaaksysteem van de 3 gemeenten. - Je controleert de inhoudelijke kwaliteit van zaken. - Je houdt rekening met informatiestromen en werkprocessen, zodat de informatievoorziening daarop aansluit. - Je adviseert over zaaksystemen, documentmanagementsystemen (DMS) en Records Management Applicaties (RMA) voor archiefbeheer. - Je past de Archiefwet en de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG) toe. Je werkt 36 uur per week. Je start op 1 november 2026 en werkt tot 1 april 2027. Wie ben jij? Jij houdt overzicht en werkt nauwkeurig. Je begrijpt hoe informatie door een organisatie loopt en denkt mee over hoe de informatievoorziening daarop kan aansluiten. Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met collega's. Verder heb je: - Minimaal mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau. - Kennis van de Archiefwet en de AVG. - Ervaring met het werken in een zaaksysteem is mooi meegenomen. - Ervaring met het werken in en adviseren over zaaksystemen, DMS en RMA is mooi meegenomen.
