Als consulent inkomen bij gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch duik je in dossiers waar jouw kennis en ervaring het verschil maken. Je onderzoekt vermogenssignalen en controleert of huisvestingscodes juist zijn vastgelegd. Klopt er iets niet? Dan zoek jij uit wat er aan de hand is en zorg je voor een passende correctie.

Je werkt zelfstandig aan deze onderzoeken en krijgt de ruimte om jouw kennis van wet- en regelgeving in te zetten. Met jouw scherpe blik zorg je voor betrouwbare gegevens en duidelijke onderzoeksresultaten.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je onderzoekt alle aangeleverde vermogenssignalen uit 2025 waarbij banksaldi mogelijk boven de toegestane vermogensgrens liggen. • Je zoekt uit waar deze signalen vandaan komen en beoordeelt gegevens en bewijsstukken. • Je legt jouw bevindingen vast en trekt per vermogenssignaal een goed onderbouwde conclusie. • Je onderzoekt alle aangeleverde dossiers waarin mogelijk een verkeerde huisvestingscode staat. • Je stelt de juiste huisvestingscode vast en voert waar nodig administratieve correcties door. • Je legt wijzigingen zorgvuldig vast en houdt overzicht over de onderzochte en gecorrigeerde dossiers. • Je maakt een eindrapportage met het aantal onderzochte vermogenssignalen, een samenvatting van de onderzoeksresultaten, het aantal gecorrigeerde huisvestingscodes en de opgeleverde resultaten.

Je werkt 24 tot 32 uur per week. Je start zo snel mogelijk en werkt tot en met 30 april 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent een ervaren consulent inkomen die graag de diepte ingaat. Je ziet snel wanneer gegevens niet kloppen en weet welke stappen nodig zijn om een dossier goed af te ronden. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de regels. Je houdt rekening met de persoonlijke situatie van inwoners en durft goed onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen. Je communiceert duidelijk, weet anderen te overtuigen en werkt prettig samen met collega's. Ook denk je actief mee over hoe het werk beter kan.
