V-20069887 - Maastricht - Sociaal Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER De positie Als Consulent Inkomen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de Participatiewet en draag je bij aan het versterken van de financiële positie van inwoners. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen van aanvragen en het begeleiden van inwoners bij uiteenlopende inkomensvraagstukken. Je voert intakegesprekken en brengt de situatie van inwoners zorgvuldig in kaart. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de aanvraag: je hebt oog voor de bredere context, zoals achtergrond, mogelijkheden en passende ondersteuning. Je weet wet- en regelgeving te vertalen naar heldere en praktische oplossingen. Je beheert een eigen caseload en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces: van aanvraag tot rapportage en conceptbeschikking. In je werk stem je regelmatig af met collega's binnen het sociaal domein, zoals Wmo, Jeugd, Werk en Sociale Recherche, om tot een integrale aanpak te komen waarin de inwoner centraal staat. Binnen de gemeente Pekela ligt de nadruk op maatwerk en vroegsignalering. Dit vraagt om een proactieve houding, waarbij je kansen en knelpunten tijdig signaleert en hierop inspeelt. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Voeren van intakegesprekken in het kader van de Participatiewet - Beoordelen van aanvragen voor levensonderhoud, bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen - Opstellen van rapportages en conceptbeschikkingen - Beheren van een eigen caseload - Informeren en begeleiden van inwoners - Signaleren van knelpunten en kansen binnen het sociaal domein - Samenwerken met interne en externe partners - Bijdragen aan vroegsignalering en preventie Over het bedrijf YER is sinds 1987 a...
