Dit ga je doen Als jeugdconsulent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van jeugdigen en gezinnen met uiteenlopende hulpvragen. Je voert gesprekken, analyseert de situatie en stelt passende ondersteuning vast binnen de kaders van de Jeugdwet. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met betrokken partijen en voer je regie op het gehele traject.
