Wie zoeken we? - Snel inzetbaar: Je bent snel zelfstandig inzetbaar. - Stevige houding: Je staat stevig in je of haar schoenen. - Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring met complexe jeugdcasuïstiek. Kennis en werkwijze - Jeugdwet: Je beoordeelt hulpvragen vanuit de Jeugdwet. - Meldcode: Je herkent signalen van kindermishandeling en huiselijk geweld en werkt volgens de meldcode. - Interventies: Je weet welke interventies nodig zijn om de veiligheid van jeugdigen te vergroten. Functie eisen (1) en -wensen (•) Eisen: - Je hebt: - • Een afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Social Work, Pedagogiek of SPH - • Een geldige SKJ-registratie. Dit is een harde eis - • Minimaal 2 jaar recente werkervaring als jeugdconsulent binnen een gemeente - • Ervaring met het zelfstandig behandelen van jeugdcasuïstiek en het voeren van casusregie - • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met veiligheidsvraagstukken en crisissituaties - • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, bent besluitvaardig, stressbestendig en werkt planmatig - • Je bent in staat om regie te voeren en effectief samen te werken met gezinnen, collega's en ketenpartners - Onderaan vacature - Startdatum voorkeur: zsm 1 november - Duur opdracht: 4 maanden - Aantal uren per week:36 - Schaal: 9 Algemeen Heb je interesse in deze functie?
