De gemeente Rijswijk bestaat uit ongeveer 600 collega's. Onze stad groeit. Er komen steeds meer inwoners bij. Ons dienstenpakket wordt groter en veranderingen gaan steeds sneller. In onze organisatie: - Ben jij welkom met jouw ideeën en kennis - Stimuleren wij een inclusieve (werk)cultuur Lees hier wat onze collega's zelf vertellen over onze gemeente: https://www.rijswijk.nl/boegbeelden Opdracht Als Consulent Ondersteuning (toetsmedewerker) Jeugdteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van jeugdconsulenten bij het afgeven van beschikkingen en het onderhouden van gesprekken met zorgaanbieders over verwachtingen en resultaten binnen de gestelde kaders. Je toetst of zorgaanbieders voldoen aan de opgestelde richtlijnen en keurt beschikkingen goed of gaat in gesprek met zorgaanbieders die hiervan afwijken. Daarnaast geef je advies aan jeugdconsulenten over het afgeven van beschikkingen. Je bent tevens het aanspreekpunt als een consulent vragen heeft over het Richtinggevendkader en denkt mee over een passende aanbieder. Je geeft advies indien nodig en denkt mee in andere mogelijkheden. Verantwoordelijkheden - Ondersteunen van jeugdconsulenten bij het afgeven van beschikkingen. - Toewijzen van indicaties in samenspraak met de contractmanager Jeugd, met aandacht voor kostenbewust en resultaatgericht werken. - Toetsen van zorgaanbieders op naleving van de gestelde kaders. - Goedkeuren van beschikkingen voor zorgaanbieders die aan de kaders voldoen. - Voeren van gesprekken met zorgaanbieders die niet voldoen aan de kaders om de redenen hie...
