The posting

Onderwijs op maat voor elke zieke leerling: dat is de missie van de Educatieve Voorziening in het Emma Kinderziekenhuis. Als consulent Onderwijsondersteuning Zieke Leerlingen combineer je lesgeven met adviseren. Kom je ons kleine, collegiale team versterken? Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zieke leerlingen, hun ouders en scholen. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat elke leerling kan blijven leren. Dit doe je door: expertise op te doen over de gevolgen van ziekte en behandeling voor het onderwijs, op korte en langere termijn; deze kennis over te dragen aan ouders, leraren en andere betrokken partijen; de thuisschool te adviseren over een passend onderwijsprogramma; les te geven aan bed of in kleine groepjes in de klas, afgestemd op de leerling en de school; samen te werken met ouders, school en behandelteam, zodat het leren doorloopt tijdens de ziekte. We zoeken een tactvolle, flexibele collega met een positieve instelling die warm loopt voor onze doelgroep. Je neemt mee: een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding en een eerste- of tweedegraads onderwijsbevoegdheid (dit is een harde eis), bij voorkeur in een taalvak; affiniteit met andere vakken, omdat je breed inzetbaar bent; ruime ervaring in het onderwijs, bij voorkeur met zorgcoördinatie in het voortgezet onderwijs en/of speciale leerlingbegeleiding; de bereidheid om je eigen deskundigheid en die van de Educatieve Voorziening verder uit te breiden; uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Een jaarcontract met de intentie tot verlenging. Inschaling in salarisschaal 10: € 3.724 tot € 5.867 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris. Pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarvan wij 70% van de premie betalen. Gratis en onbeperkt toegang tot scholingen van onder andere GoodHabitz in onze leeromgeving. Een actieve personeelsvereniging én _ong Amsterdam UMC vereniging, die beide leuke (sportieve) activiteiten en evenementen organiseren. Je komt te werken bij de Educatieve Voorziening van Amsterdam UMC. Dit team verzorgt onderwijsondersteuning in het Emma Kinderziekenhuis voor zieke leerlingen van 4 tot 18 jaar en hun scholen. Samen met zes collega's begeleid je jaarlijks circa 430 leerlingen. Het werk is afwisselend: van lesgeven tot het bijwonen van extern overleg en telefonische consultaties met scholen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en met andere disciplines binnen het EKZ, zoals maatschappelijk werkers, pedagogisch medewerkers, psychologen en medisch personeel. Regelmatig is er overleg, intervisie en collegiale consultatie. Samen denken we na over hoe we onze doelgroep nog beter kunnen bereiken en bedienen. De Educatieve Voorziening van Amsterdam UMC is een kleine organisatie met een open en collegiale sfeer. We zijn onderdeel van Netwerk Ziezon - Ziek zijn en onderwijs.
