LM is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker.

Als LM medewerker sta je in voor een correcte, professionele en klantvriendelijke dienstverlening aan onze leden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor duidelijke informatieverstrekking over de wettelijke aspecten van de ziekteverzekering en de aanvullende diensten en voordelen.

Uitgebreide interesse en leergierigheid in de materie van het ziekenfonds is belangrijk.

Je bent dagelijks in rechtstreeks contact met onze leden zowel face to face, telefonisch als per mail. Je zorgt voor een goede administratieve opvolging en je bent alert voor de behoeften van de klant. Je staat in contact met onze leden, hun werkgevers of derden. Een uitgebreide opleiding wordt voorzien in de hoofzetels te Gent en Destelbergen. Je werkt front in de regio Waasland.

Voor deze job moet je leergierig zijn, empathisch, graag met mensen omgaan, verantwoordelijkheidszin hebben en flexibel zijn.

Je werkt op verschillende plaatsen in het Waasland met verschillende collega's. Het werk is zeer gevarieerd. Je moet bereid zijn om je regelmatig te verplaatsen.

Voorbeelden van taken:

  • Opvolgen van ziektedossiers
  • Eerstelijnsadvies en info over ziekte en zwangerschap, hospitalisatiedossiers, zorgvragen in de meest brede zin
  • Verkoop en verhuur van zorgmateriaal
  • Uitbetalen getuigschriften ziekte, kiné, tandarts enz.....
  • Nieuwe inschrijvingen
