In verband met de Wet DBA (Deregulering Beoordeling Arbeidsrelaties) is het voor deze opdracht niet mogelijk om als zzp'er te factureren. Matchd biedt diverse soorten dienstverbanden aan. Wat ga je doen? Specifiek voor deze opdracht ben je een allround inkomensconsulent, en handel je met name aanvragen af op het gebied van Bijzondere bijstand en IIT en ben je in staat om zelfstandig heronderzoeken/hercontroles te verrichten.

Als Consulent Inkomen ben je belast met de aanvragen: • Levensonderhoud; • Schuldhulpverlening; • Bijzondere bijstand; • Individuele Inkomens Toeslag (IIT); • En de uitvoering van heronderzoeken. Hierover sta je inwoners met vragen te woord. Bij een aanvraag en hercontrole inventariseer je of je beschikt over voldoende bewijsstukken voor een administratieve afhandeling. Je beoordeelt of de inwoner in aanmerking komt voor de bijstand, bijzondere bijstand, IIT en stelt de rechtmatigheid van de periodieke uitkering in de hercontrole vast. Je bent in staat om hierover vervolgens een rapportage en een beschikking op te stellen. Daarnaast verwijs je waar nodig door naar collega's of externe partners.

Functie-eisen: - Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau.; • Recente ervaring met behandelen en afhandelen van aanvragen in het kader van bijstand, schuldhulpverlening, bijzondere bijstand, IIT en zelfstandig uitvoeren van heronderzoeken/hercontroles; • Ervaring met werken binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie; • Woonachtig in een straal van maximaal 50 km rond de standplaats in Wijk en Aalburg; • Heeft de cursus Algemeen Wet Bestuursrecht afgerond.
