Consulent Schulddienstverlening Categorieën - werk en inkomen - 24-32 uur - HBO Wat ga je doen? Als consulent Schulddienstverlening begeleid je inwoners met schulden van begin tot eind. Vanaf het eerste gesprek tot en met de nazorg houd jij het overzicht. Je brengt de situatie in kaart en zet een maatwerktraject uit dat past bij wat de inwoner nodig heeft. Je voert adviesgesprekken en zoekt samen met de inwoner naar een passende oplossing voor de schulden. Je treft minnelijke schuldregelingen en 100% betalingsregelingen en voert heronderzoeken uit tijdens lopende trajecten. Als dat nodig is, stel je een verzoekschrift op voor de wettelijke schuldsanering. Zo begeleid je inwoners stap voor stap binnen hun traject. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de schulden. Je hebt oog voor de oorzaken en werkt volgens stress sensitieve dienstverlening. Motiveren, stimuleren en vertrouwen geven zijn daarbij belangrijk. Daarnaast denk je mee over ontwikkelingen binnen de schulddienstverlening, zoals de Basisdienstverlening Schuldhulpverlening. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Begeleiden van aanvragen voor schulddienstverlening, van het eerste gesprek tot en met de nazorg. - Inzetten en begeleiden van een maatwerktraject dat past bij de situatie van de inwoner. - Treffen van schuldregelingen en waar nodig voorbereiden van de wettelijke schuldsanering. - Actief benaderen en ondersteunen van inwoners bij signalen van betalingsproblemen. - Meedenken over de ontwikkeling van de schulddienstverlening. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken een consulent Schulddienstverlening die het hele traject kent, van aanmelding tot en met nazorg. Je kunt goed luisteren en begrijpt wat financiële problemen met mensen kunnen doen. Tegelijkertijd ben je duidelijk, durf je keuzes te maken en weet je inwoners te motiveren om stappen te zetten.
