De verwachting is dat steeds meer huishoudens hun basale behoeften niet kunnen betalen, waarbij mogelijk meer dan één miljoen huishoudens in problematische schulden komt. Financiële zorgen heeft grote invloed op het welbevinden van ons leven. Het aanbieden van een passende oplossing voor de Financiële problemen is ook dan zeer geboden. Vanuit De Schie, de multiculturele financiële hulpverlener, ondersteunen wij de hulpvragers/inwoners bij het oplossen van financiële problemen. Over de functie Met een positieve, actieve en flexibele houding ben je als consulent financiële hulpverlening verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject van schuldhulpverlening aan de cliënt, vanaf de aanmelding tot en met het nazorgtraject. Tevens werkt je als consulent mee aan het vormgeven en door ontwikkelen van onze financiële hulpverlening. Als consulent ben je dé specialist op het gebied van financiële hulpverlening en voer je zelfstandig schuldregelingstrajecten uit. Je adviseert en begeleid de cliënten naar financiële zelfredzaamheid. Als consulent help je mensen uit de schulden of voorkom je dat ze schulden opbouwen. Als consulent ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen caseload. Je voert intakegesprekken tot toeleiding naar schuldsaneringstrajecten. Door jouw goede gesprekstechnieken kan jij een goede situatieschets maken van de financiële situaties van de hulpvrager/inwoner. Vervolgens maak je een plan van aanpak, die je daarna door vert...
