De begeleiding is gericht op het vergroten van zelfredzaamheid, het versterken van vertrouwen in instanties en het structureel verbeteren van de financiële en sociale positie van de gezinnen. Team Je werkt binnen Het Loket Toeslagenaffaire, een tijdelijk aanspreekpunt voor inwoners die gedupeerd zijn door de toeslagenaffaire. Binnen het team werken consulenten samen met verschillende partners om maatwerk te bieden en inwoners te begeleiden naar herstel. Het team werkt laagdrempelig en ruimhartig en richt zich op ondersteuning op verschillende leefgebieden, waaronder zorg (Wmo), jeugd en gezin, inkomen en participatie en huisvesting. Competenties - Empathisch vermogen: kan zich goed verplaatsen in de situatie van gedupeerde inwoners en weet op een respectvolle en betrokken manier vertrouwen op te bouwen - Omgaan met weerstand: blijft rustig en professioneel bij weerstand of wantrouwen en weet door duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie verbinding te houden met de inwoner - Stressbestendigheid: blijft effectief en zorgvuldig handelen bij complexe casuïstiek, hoge werkdruk en situaties waarin meerdere problemen tegelijkertijd spelen - Samenwerken: werkt effectief samen met collega's, gemeentelijke afdelingen, hulpverleners en ketenpartners en zorgt voor goede afstemming rondom de casus - Plannen en organiseren: weet prioriteiten te stellen, houdt overzicht over een omvangrijke caseload en zorgt voor tijdige opvolging, rapportage en administratieve vastlegging Vul je gegevens hieronder in, dan nemen we binnen 2 uur contact met je op om samen te kijken of er een match is.
