Inleiding Hierbij verzoekt de Gemeente Delft u een Offerte uit te brengen voor de inhuur van een Consulent vroegsignalering. Deze aanvraag wordt, conform de leidraad d.d. 3 september 2024 en bijbehorende Nota's van Inlichtingen, betreffende het instellen van een DAS voor de inhuur van personeel, verstuurd aan alle gekwalificeerde leveranciers. In deze Offerteaanvraag wordt verder toegelicht welke diensten binnen de werking van de te sluiten Overeenkomst vallen. Daarnaast bevat deze Offerteaanvraag de informatie die nodig is om een Offerte op te kunnen stellen. Het doel van deze Offerteaanvraag is het afsluiten van een Overeenkomst met één (1) dienstverlener ten behoeve van de inhuur van een Consulent vroegsignalering. Begrippen die met een hoofdletter zijn geschreven hebben de betekenis zoals beschreven in de begrippenlijst van het Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem. De begrippenlijst is gepubliceerd op het Aanbestedingsplatform als onderdeel van het Toelatingsleidraad. Omschrijving werkzaamheden Achtergrond / aanleiding Vanwege het vertrek van een collega is tijdelijke versterking nodig binnen het team Schuldhulpverlening voor het team vroegsignalering. We zoeken een ervaren consulent die direct inzetbaar is en zelfstandig meldingen kan oppakken. Opdrachtomschrijving Als consulent vroegsignalering werk je op basis van signalen m.b.t. betalingsachterstanden vanuit vast lasten partners. Je analyseert en bespreekt de financiële situatie, brengt de behoeften en problemen in kaart en zet passende trajecten uit binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
