Samen met BMC ontzorg jij de gemeente door deze werkzaamheden planmatig op te pakken en achterstanden te voorkomen. Je brengt de situatie van zo'n 800 inwoners in kaart door hun actuele gegevens zorgvuldig te screenen in de systemen Suite en CompetenSYS. Daarnaast nodig je een deel van deze inwoners uit voor een persoonlijk gesprek om te beoordelen of hun TAO/DAO-status nog steeds passend is. Met jouw inzet schep je niet alleen overzicht voor de afdeling Werk en Participatie, maar help je bovenal de inwoners vooruit door scherp in te schatten of er (weer) reële mogelijkheden zijn voor participatie of de arbeidsmarkt. Functie-eisen - Dankzij jouw afgeronde hbo-opleiding en inhoudelijke kennis pak je deze opdracht binnen het sociaal domein vol zelfvertrouwen op. - Met jouw aantoonbare ervaring in de Suite voor het Sociaal Domein en CompetenSYS weet jij feilloos je weg te vinden voor een vlotte en accurate screening. - Je stelt inwoners direct op hun gemak met jouw empathische, maar heldere benadering tijdens gesprekken over hun re-integratie- en arbeidsmogelijkheden. - Door jouw scherpe oordeelsvorming weet je de belastbaarheid en werkfitheid van inwoners goed in te schatten en objectief vast te leggen.
