Driessen Consulent Wijkteam inburgering Schagen Als consulent wijkteam inburgering begeleid je inburgeraars vanaf het moment dat ze bij de gemeente Schagen komen, totdat ze volledig geïntegreerd zijn en een baan vinden. Jij helpt hen op weg naar een zelfstandige toekomst! Jouw werkzaamheden? - Je voert kennismakingsgesprekken met inburgeraars zodra ze zich bij de gemeente melden. - Je stelt een brede intake op en brengt hun mogelijkheden, belemmeringen en hulpvragen in kaart. - Je coördineert alle informatie die nodig is voor een Plan Inburgering en Participatie (PIP), zoals leerbaarheidstoetsen, diplomawaardering en maatschappelijke begeleiding. - Je stimuleert en bewaakt de voortgang van de inburgeraars en stemt af met externe partijen die de inburgeringsroutes verzorgen. - Je houdt het overzicht over de trajecten van statushouders, zorgt voor heldere rapportages en correcte administratie. - Je houdt jouw kennis up-to-date op het gebied van inburgering, integratie en participatie, en zorgt voor naleving van de relevante regelgeving. Geen enkel gesprek is hetzelfde, wat deze functie zo afwisselend maakt. Je zet je in voor de zelfredzaamheid van inburgeraars op alle leefgebieden. Je kunt beginnen in november en werkt tot juli 2025, voor 36 uur per week. Functie eisen Als consulent wijkteam inburgering ben jij de belangrijke schakel die klanten begeleidt tijdens hun inburgeringstraject. Geen gesprek is hetzelfde, en jij begrijpt als geen ander hoe essentieel het is om jouw communicatie aan te passen aan de persoon tegenover je. Je staat klanten deskundig te woord en informeert hen op een duidelijke manier over relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je gaat altijd zorgvuldig te werk: je hoort, leest en controleert de informatie om tot het juiste traject of antwoord te komen.
