Als trainee bij Vlirdens krijg je de kans om als Junior Consultant impact te maken bij organisaties in de zorg, publieke dienstverlening en klantcontact. Je gaat bijdragen aan projecten die het verschil maken bij onze klanten. Je helpt teams met hun roosters, adviseert over bezetting en denkt mee over hoe werk beter kan. Wat gaje doen? Je stapt in bij opdrachten die ertoe doen. Bijvoorbeeld in een ziekenhuis waar roosters piepen en kraken, of bij een gemeente die met te weinig mensen te veel moet doen. Je helpt bij het oplossen van die puzzel: slimmer plannen, processen verbeteren en de druk op medewerkers verlagen. Dat is Workforce Management . In het traineeship start je vaak met operationeel plannen en groei je in de consultant rol. Hoe ziet hetTraineeship eruit? We nemen je stap voor stap mee: 1. Start & oriëntatie In de eerste weken leer je Vlirdens kennen, onze kijk op werk én het werk zelf. Je begint met een onboarding, volgt je eerste trainingen en kijkt mee met collega's in drie verschillende sectoren: zorg, publieke dienstverlening en klantcontact. Zo krijg je feeling met het werk en ontdek je wat bij jou past. 2. Doen Je draait zelfstandig mee op opdrachten bij klanten. Onderzoek, advies, implementatie - je doet het allemaal. Met begeleiding, maar met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. 3. Persoonlijk leiderschap Samen met mede trainees volg je een verdiepend persoonlijk leiderschapsprogramma. Je verkent thema's als: ik , ik en de ander , ik en het team en ik als adviseur . Het helpt je om jezelf beter te begrijpen en om sterker in je rol te staan. 4. Verdiepen Na anderhalf jaar kies je de richting die bij jou past en groei je door naar Medior Consultant in één van onze business units.
