About the job Als Kennismanagement & Customer Experience Consultant werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten bij middelgrote organisaties en multinationals. Je verbindt strategie met uitvoering en helpt klanten hun dienstverlening slimmer, persoonlijker en efficiënter te maken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen van kennismanagement- en CX-strategieën. - Het optimaliseren van klantreizen en serviceprocessen. - Het begeleiden van workshops en verandertrajecten. - Het inrichten en verbeteren van kennismanagementprocessen. - Het adviseren over CX-, AI- en kennismanagementplatformen. - Het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen. Met een team van zo'n 25 consultants werken we vanuit Baarn, thuis én op locatie bij onze klanten. We houden van samenwerken, kennis delen en successen vieren. Who are we looking for Je bent analytisch, nieuwsgierig en communicatief sterk. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering en krijgt energie van samenwerken met klanten. Requirements and wishes - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in consultancy of binnen Customer Service, Customer Experience of Kennismanagement. - Affiniteit met klantreizen, digitale transformatie en AI. - Ervaring met organisatieverandering is mooi meegenomen. - Een uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en een goede beheersing van Engels.
