Dit gaat om een rol als Consultant met kansen om door te groeien naar Managing Consultant. Want zo doen we dat bij Voort. Jij wil jouw klanten en professionals écht leren kennen. Op deze manier weet jij zowel nieuwe, als bestaande klanten aan je te binden en vacatures binnen te halen. Je praat met professionals waarbij je tot het uiterste gaat om echt te snappen wat hen drijft. Om hen als persoon te leren kennen. Waar worden ze enthousiast van? In wat voor omgeving komen ze het beste tot hun recht? En dat wordt gewaardeerd. Want op deze manier weet jij steeds weer de juiste match tussen professional en opdrachtgever te maken. Zo ziet jouw werkdag als consultant bij Voort eruit: Begin van een nieuwe week. Je bekijkt jouw afspraken voor de dag en maakt een lijst van prioriteiten. Je belt jouw belangrijkste klanten en haalt eventuele nieuwe vacatures op. Vervolgens neem je met jouw collega recruiter de cv's door van de professionals zij heeft gesproken.
