Voor een stabiele organisatie die gespecialiseerde software ontwikkelt, zijn we op zoek naar een IT Consultant met een sterke interesse in software en klantencontact. Je begeleidt klanten bij de implementatie van de software, geeft opleidingen en biedt ondersteuning bij vragen of problemen. Een ideale functie voor een communicatieve kandidaat die graag IT combineert met persoonlijk contact.

Wat ga je doen? Als IT Consultant krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin software, klantencontact en opleiding centraal staan.

  • Je start de eerste zes maanden op de helpdesk en leert zo de software en de dagelijkse werking grondig kennen.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten telefonisch en via mail bij zowel inhoudelijke als technische vragen.
  • Je begeleidt samen met een ervaren collega de implementatie van de software bij klanten.
  • Je geeft opleidingen en trainingen aan gebruikers, zowel online als op locatie.
  • Je verzamelt feedback van klanten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt bij het testen en documenteren van nieuwe software releases.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een stabiele en groeiende IT-organisatie die al jarenlang innovatieve softwareoplossingen ontwikkelt voor verschillende professionele sectoren. Met een sterke focus op digitalisering, klantgerichtheid en technologie helpt het bedrijf organisaties om hun dagelijkse werking efficiënter te maken.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma en hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT en software.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en haalt energie uit het contact met gebruikers.
  • Je bent bereid om je te verdiepen in de werking van notariskantoren en nieuwe software snel eigen te maken.
  • Ervaring binnen een helpdesk, klantenservice of het geven van opleidingen is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
