Wil jij samen met ons verantwoordelijkheid zijn voor kritische laboratoriumprocessen met impact op talloze patiënten? Wat ga je doen als IT consultant Lab? Als consultant ondersteun je laboratoria door de processen en het LIS (GLIMS, LabTrain, LABOSYS) te optimaliseren. In jouw rol weet jij de juiste stakeholders te identificeren, aan te spreken en de échte benodigde informatie naar boven te krijgen en houd jij je bezig met het ondersteunen van laboratoria rondom dagelijks beheer, migraties, updates en/of upgrades en los je incidenten op. Daarnaast monitor je Laboratorium Informatie Systemen (LIS), middleware systemen en koppelingen. Je neemt deel aan projecten en/of maakt onderdeel uit van bestaande teams om hen te helpen met de uitdagingen die er liggen. Aan afwisseling geen gebrek, want vaak is het zo dat je twee opdrachten naast elkaar doet bij twee verschillende klanten. Als consultant zal je veel afwisseling ervaren want geen opdracht is hetzelfde. Bij opdracht X schakel je met beheerders binnen en buiten het lab en bij opdracht Y schakel je met directie en bestuurders of medische specialisten. Een voorbeeld van hoe jouw dag eruit kan zien: Geen dag is hetzelfde; de ene dag ben je bezig met zeer inhoudelijke complexe vraagstukken en de volgende dag ben je vooral bezig om analisten, artsen en/of klinische chemisch specialisten mee te nemen in oplossingsrichtingen of antwoord te geven op hun vragen.
