Als D&I Consultant help je klanten met integraties, rapportering en dataprocessen binnen onze software. Je analyseert hun behoeften, werkt oplossingen uit en zorgt ervoor dat alles succesvol wordt geïmplementeerd. Daarbij combineer je consultancy, projectwerk en technische configuratie in één veelzijdige functie. Wat ga je doen als Data & Integrations Consultant Geen enkele dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. De ene dag werk je aan een groot implementatieproject, de andere dag begeleid je verschillende klanten met uiteenlopende vragen. Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten rond integraties, rapportering en HR-inzichten. - Je vertaalt die behoeften naar concrete technische oplossingen binnen onze software. - Je implementeert en configureert interfaces, processen en rapporteringen. - Je begeleidt klanten bij het gebruik van API's en integratiemogelijkheden. - Je bouwt en optimaliseert rapporten en dashboards zodat klanten waardevolle inzichten uit hun data halen. - Je beheert meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van analyse tot oplevering. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende teams om klanten de best mogelijke oplossing te bieden.
