Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Over het werk Als consultant arbeidsbemiddeling ben je de verbindende schakel tussen werkgevers en kandidaten. Je begrijpt de vraag achter een vacature, weet talent te herkennen en bent sterk in het onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties. Je combineert commerciële slagkracht met oprechte interesse in mensen en weet hierdoor duurzame matches te realiseren. De ene dag bezoek je klanten, adviseer je over personeelsvraagstukken en werf je nieuwe opdrachten. De andere dag voer je gesprekken met kandidaten, schrijf je vacatureteksten en begeleid je sollicitatietrajecten. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, houdt overzicht en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succes van de vestiging. Je denkt actief mee over commerciële kansen, procesverbeteringen en klantontwikkeling. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten - Inventariseren van personeelsbehoeften en adviseren over passende oplossingen - Werven, selecteren en begeleiden van kandidaten - Opstellen van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten met behulp van AI - Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via verschillende kanalen - Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan de groei van de vestiging - Samenwerken met collega's om de beste resultaten voor klanten en kandidaten te behalen.
