Mijdrecht Intern 360talent 2.500,- tot 3.500,- per maand Als Consultant bij 360talent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces - van eerste contact tot succesvolle plaatsing en daarna. Je bouwt je eigen pool van kandidaten op, leert ze écht kennen en begeleidt ze gedurende hun hele traject. Van intakegesprekken tot contractbesprekingen en evaluaties: jij bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt. Bij ons stopt het niet na een plaatsing. Jij weet wanneer iemand jarig is, hoe het gaat op de werkvloer en wat de volgende stap in iemands carrière is. Onze kandidaten zijn onderdeel van 360talent - en daar zorgen we goed voor. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met klanten en zorg je voor de perfecte match tussen vraag en aanbod.
