You will explore the customer's question, collect information and data, explore the business, take into account different stakeholders through interviews, analyze business processes, roles and responsibilities within organizations, obtaining a helicopter view. You develop improvement proposals. You perform a thorough analysis, synthesize, identify potential improvements and work out solutions and transformations tailored to the customer. You then present these to your client in a structured and convincing manner. You implement the solutions together with the client. You engage and motivate employees, supervise workshops, monitor progress and provide feedback. A satisfied customer is the end goal!
