Consultant voor Tandartsen - Wetteren

CompuGroup Medical Belgium is een internationaal bedrijf met een kmo-mentaliteit. Wij ontwikkelen medische software voor tandartsen, huisartsen, kinesisten, specialisten, ziekenhuizen, … Met bijna 80 medewerkers in drie Vlaamse vestigingen (Wetteren, Oostende & Hasselt) kom je sowieso terecht in een team vol topcollega’s.

Waar jij gelukkig van wordt:

  • Je zal nieuwe klanten begeleiden bij de implementatie en opstart van onze software, telefonisch, inhouse of gewoon bij hen op locatie.
  • Met jouw enthousiasme geef je trainingen en webinars waardoor klanten onze software én de nieuwste features snel onder de knie krijgen.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en helpt de oplossing perfect af te stemmen op hun specifieke processen via advies en opleiding.
  • Je bruist van de ideeën en werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe trainings- en opleidingsdiensten, waarbij je slim gebruikmaakt van de nieuwste technologieën.
  • Je blijft jezelf voortdurend ontwikkelen door je functionele en technische kennis up-to-date te houden via kennisdeling, interne productpresentaties en nieuwe releases.
  • Je werkt volgens de bestaande werkprocessen, maar denkt ook actief mee over hoe deze nóg beter kunnen.
  • Je ondersteunt de interne organisatie met jouw kennis en expertise, zodat collega's steeds op jou kunnen rekenen.
  • Je signaleert veelvoorkomende vragen aan het team/support, zodat we onze software en documentatie blijven verbeteren.

Jouw superpowers:

  • Je bent een krak in je vak en kan zelfstandig werken, ervaring is zeker een pluspunt maar geen must.
  • Nederlands spreek je perfect, maar een gesprek in het Frans ga jij nooit uit de weg. N’est-ce pas? Ook schrijven lukt je aardig!
  • Je bent een doorbijter! Jij slaapt pas op je twee oren als je klant tevreden is!
  • Je bent klantgericht en stressbestendig, want heel soms krijg jij net dié klant die met het verkeerde been uit bed stapte.
  • Kennis van en interesse in AI is een grote meerwaarde!
