Bij SkillSourcing krijg je de kans om jouw ervaring in te zetten binnen verschillende lokale besturen. Je ondersteunt diensten burgerzaken waar jouw expertise op dat moment het verschil maakt, of het nu gaat om tijdelijke versterking, een verandertraject of het opvangen van een afwezigheid.

Je komt bij ons in dienst met een vast contract en werkt op projectbasis. Zo combineer je de zekerheid van een vaste werkgever met de afwisseling van verschillende opdrachten. Je ontdekt nieuwe organisaties, leert van uiteenlopende werkwijzen en bouwt een brede expertise op binnen burgerzaken, terwijl wij jou persoonlijk begeleiden in jouw verdere groei.

Wat ga je doen?

Afhankelijk van het project zet je jouw expertise in binnen één of meerdere domeinen van burgerzaken.

  • Je behandelt dossiers binnen burgerzaken (bevolking, burgerlijke stand en vreemdelingenzaken).
  • Je past wetgeving correct toe en zorgt voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Je informeert en begeleidt burgers op een professionele, duidelijke en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en een vlotte opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere diensten binnen het lokaal bestuur.
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en denkt actief mee over een efficiëntere werking van de dienst.
  • Je draagt dagelijks bij aan een toegankelijke en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening voor inwoners.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen burgerzaken (bevolking, burgerlijke stand en/of vreemdelingenzaken). Ook relevante praktijkervaring opgedaan tijdens een stage komt in aanmerking.
  • Je kan wetgeving correct interpreteren en toepassen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig dossiers behandelen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar onze klanten binnen een straal van ongeveer één uur reistijd vanaf jouw woonplaats (filetijd inbegrepen).
