Bij Vlot Solutions helpen we organisaties in de medische hulpmiddelenbranche met slimme software (zoals ons vernieuwde product VlotNxt). Dit is een mooie en dynamische tijd om bij ons in te stappen: we zijn volop in beweging en werken dagelijks aan de beste softwarebeleving voor onze klanten. Als Implementatie Consultant speel jij hierin een sleutelrol. Jij bent het gezicht van Vlot Solutions richting onze klanten. Je staat dicht bij hen, begeleidt de onboarding van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat de software naadloos aansluit op hun dagelijkse praktijk. Je hoeft geen diehard techneut te zijn, maar affiniteit met techniek en IT helpt je om snel te begrijpen hoe onze software het beste ingezet kan worden. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol draait alles om mensen, processen en een soepele overstap naar onze software. Je bent veel met en bij klanten bezig en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze klantreis. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit. - Begeleiden van implementaties en onboarding: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige klanttraject. Van de eerste kennismaking bij de start van de implementatie en procesanalyse tot de inrichting en de uiteindelijke go-live. - Klantcontact en advies: je bent regelmatig bij klanten over de vloer of digitaal in gesprek. Je kan de processen van de klant vertalen naar een logische inrichting in de software, zodat ze deze slim kunnen gebruiken. - Stakeholdermanagement: je schakelt makkelijk op verschillende niveaus: van de dagelijkse gebruikers op de werkvloer tot managers en directie. Je weet mensen mee te krijgen en zorgt voor een uitstekende adoptie van de software. - Je werkt gestructureerd en zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar jouw collega's van de support afde...
