Als Consultant Crewing word je onderdeel van ons maritieme team, waarbij je een sleutelrol hebt tussen klant en kandidaat. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal klanten en stem je de wensen van je klant af samen met je collega's, zodat iedereen weet wat er wordt gevraagd. Daarnaast rekruteer je mee naar nieuwe kandidaten en ken je het huidige kandidatenbestand goed. Zo maak je voor jouw klant de juiste matches om de projecten succesvol te maken. Kortom, een interessante 360-gradenrol. Wat ga je doen? - Het onderhouden van goede relaties met bestaande klanten en zeevarenden. - Structureren van de aanvragen van klanten en de beschikbare kandidaten. - Samen met het recruitmentteam de beste kandidaten voor onze klanten vinden. - Onderhandelen over tarieven en afspraken met klanten en zeevarenden. - Klanten bezoeken op hun kantoren en werklocaties, en soms een scheepsbezoek brengen. - Verantwoordelijk voor de kandidaten-database, je controleert of profielen en documenten compleet zijn. - Beurzen en netwerkevenementen bezoeken om ons bedrijf te promoten en nieuwe contacten te leggen. - Op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen en regelgeving in de maritieme sector.
