Met data, slimme software, AI en een gestandaardiseerde aanpak helpen we woningcorporaties om betere keuzes te maken én deze daadwerkelijk te realiseren. We zoeken een Consultant Datagedreven Woningverduurzaming die strategie, data en praktijk met elkaar verbindt. Iemand die niet alleen adviseert, maar ook meedenkt over een uitvoerbare aanpak. Wat ga je doen? Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor woningcorporaties. Je analyseert vastgoeddata, vertaalt inzichten naar concrete adviezen en ondersteunt corporaties bij het maken van onderbouwde keuzes voor hun verduurzamingsopgave. Je combineert data-analyse met persoonlijk contact. Je begrijpt de vraag van de klant, kijkt verder dan de eerste behoefte en denkt mee over oplossingen die ook daadwerkelijk uitvoerbaar zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Analyseren van vastgoeddata en verduurzamingsvraagstukken; - Ontwikkelen van scenario's, rapportages en onderbouwde adviezen; - Ondersteunen bij strategie, programmering en budgettering; - Adviseren over de uitvoerbaarheid en realisatie van verduurzamingsplannen; - Presenteren van inzichten en oplossingen aan woningcorporaties en partners; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze software, processen en werkwijze; - Signaleren van nieuwe kansen voor innovatie en verbetering.
