Werken bij ZorgVink · Consultant Detachering Vijf jaar lang bouwden we aan Werving & Selectie in de kinderopvang. Nu zetten we de volgende stap: detachering. En daar zoeken we iemand voor die het verhaal mee wil schrijven. Igor en Joeij van ZorgVink Hoofdstuk 1 · Waar we vandaan komen Het begon in Alkmaar, met één focus: de kinderopvang. ZorgVink is een recruitmentbureau dat volledig gespecialiseerd is in de kinderopvang. Inmiddels zijn we vijf jaar actief en werken we met kinderopvangorganisaties in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland en Utrecht. Met Werving & Selectie hebben we een sterke basis gelegd, en langdurige klantrelaties opgebouwd. Organisaties weten ons te vinden, en kandidaten ook. 5 jaar actief 3 provincies 104 Google-recensies 100% kinderopvang Hoofdstuk 2 · Waar we naartoe gaan Werving & Selectie staat. Nu willen we ook met detachering een sterke plek in de markt veroveren. Daarvoor zoeken we een ervaren Consultant Detachering die dat samen met ons opbouwt. Je begint niet vanaf nul. Er ligt een sterk netwerk, bestaande klantrelaties en veel kennis van de kinderopvangmarkt. Aan jou de ruimte om daarop verder te bouwen. Hoofdstuk 3 · Jouw rol in het verhaal Van eerste telefoontje tot geslaagde plaatsing. En weer door. In deze zelfstandige 360°-rol combineer je commercie, recruitment en relatiebeheer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces. Zo ziet dat eruit: 01 Je opent de deur Je benadert nieuwe klanten en bindt ze aan ZorgVink. Een 'nee' hoort erbij, de telefoon pak je met gemak. 02 Je haalt de opdracht op Je haalt detacheringsopdrachten binnen en maakt afspraken over tarieven en voorwaarden. 03 Je vindt de juiste mens Je werft, spreekt, matcht en stelt kandidaten voor. 04 Je regelt het van A tot Z Je begeleidt plaatsingen en de contractering, tot alles rond is. 05 Je blijft dichtbij Je begeleidt opdrachtgevers en kandidaten tijdens hun opdracht, en onderhoudt en bouwt klantrelaties ...
