Deine Mission Bist du bereit für das "Best of both worlds"? Wir sind überzeugt: Eine fundierte technische Basis ist unerlässlich, um Anforderungen effektiv zu priorisieren. In dieser Position schlägst du die Brücke zwischen Planung und Technik. Indem du deine Expertise in GA4 und GTM nutzt, lenkst du Projekte ergebnisorientiert und unterstützt aktiv bei der Realisierung, damit die richtigen Dinge zur richtigen Zeit passieren.

Gemeinsam mit uns begleitest du namhafte Digital Analytics Accounts und sorgst dafür, dass alle Projekte fachlich wie operativ auf Erfolgskurs bleiben. Dein Aufgabenfeld vereint dabei zwei zentrale Säulen:

Projektmanagement & Operations

* Zentrale Kommunikation: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund_innen und interne Teams und übersetzt Anforderungen in klare technische Briefings * Prozessgestaltung: Du bewertest die Komplexität von Anfragen und strukturierst den Workflow innerhalb des Analytics-Teams * Ressourcenplanung: Du steuerst Kapazitäten sowie Zeitpläne und stellst die budgetkonforme Umsetzung sicher Analytics-Konzeption & Implementation

* Technische Umsetzung: Du konzipierst Tracking-Setups via GA4 und GTM und erstellst die dazugehörigen Dokumentationen * Qualitätssicherung: Durch Testing und Debugging sicherst du eine lückenlose Datenqualität * Daten-Insights: Du analysierst Nutzer_innenverhalten sowie Kampagnen-Performance und lieferst unseren Kund_innen fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen

Dein Profil * Dein Fundament: Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Analytics oder Digital Marketing gesammelt * Tool-Check: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Analytics (GA4) und dem Google Tag Manager und siehst KI-Lösungen (z. B. Gemini) als Chance, deine tägliche Arbeit effizienter und smarter zu gestalten * Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, liebst es, Dinge zu ordnen und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Tasks einen kühlen Kopf * Kommunikations-Skills: Du kannst technische Themen verständlich erklären und hast Spaß am Austausch mit Kund_innen und Kolleg_innen * Technik-Verständnis: Grundkenntnisse in HTML/CSS/JavaScript sind ein Plus, aber vor allem hast du Lust, technisch immer dazuzulernen * Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

Gehalt Das Jahresbruttogrundgehalt für diese Position in Vollzeit startet ab € 45.000,-. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine faire Überzahlung vorgesehen. Darüber hinaus bietet dir unser leistungsorientiertes Vergütungsmodell die Möglichkeit, dein Einkommen aktiv zu steigern.
