Missions

En tant que Consultant(e) en Recrutement, votre rôle est à la fois opérationnel et commercial :

  • Identifier et attirer des candidats via différents canaux (job boards, réseaux, sourcing direct)
  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement : rédaction d'annonces, screening, entretiens, suivi des candidats
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et les conseiller sur leur stratégie de recrutement
  • Développer et entretenir un portefeuille clients
  • Assurer un suivi régulier auprès des clients et candidats pour garantir leur satisfaction
  • Participer activement au développement commercial (prospection, networking)
  • Collaborer avec vos collègues pour atteindre les objectifs d'équipe

Le candidat idéal est un profil orienté résultats, doté d'un excellent relationnel et motivé par un environnement dynamique.

  • Diplôme en ressources humaines, gestion ou domaine équivalent
  • Première expérience en recrutement ou affinité pour ce domaine
  • Excellente maîtrise du français/néerlandais et bonne connaissance de l'anglais
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication et sens commercial développé
  • Esprit orienté résultats et performance
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux et plateformes de recrutement
  • Proactivité, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle
