En tant que Consultant RH, vous êtes un véritable lien entre les candidats, les intérimaires et nos clients. Vous assurez le matching entre les profils, les fonctions et les besoins des entreprises, tout en veillant au respect des délais, des exigences clients et des obligations légales.

Votre objectif ? Garantir une expérience qualitative pour les candidats et les clients, tout en contribuant au développement de notre activité et à la croissance de Synergie.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Recruter et sélectionner les candidats via différents canaux et réaliser les entretiens nécessaires.
  • Assurer le matching entre les candidats, les fonctions et les besoins des clients.
  • Accompagner les intérimaires : présentation du poste, accueil, visites de site, formations et consignes de sécurité.
  • Gérer et développer le pool de candidats afin de garantir une disponibilité suffisante.
  • Gérer les plannings et répondre aux besoins des clients dans les délais impartis.
  • Assurer le suivi des clients et des intérimaires, notamment via les évaluations et les réunions opérationnelles.
  • Collaborer avec le Client Service Center et les différentes parties prenantes afin de garantir une communication efficace.
  • Veiller au suivi administratif et légal et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et au bon fonctionnement de l'agence.

Vous êtes une personne dynamique, organisée et orientée résultats, avec un réel intérêt pour le recrutement et le secteur de l'intérim.

Vous reconnaissez-vous dans le profil suivant ?

  • Vous disposez d'un Bachelier ou Master, idéalement en ressources humaines, marketing, communication ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Une première expérience en intérim, recrutement ou ressources humaines, ainsi qu'une affinité avec les profils ouvriers, constitue un atout.
  • Votre fibre commerciale et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettent de créer facilement le contact avec les clients, les candidats et les intérimaires.
  • Dynamique et enthousiaste, vous appréciez le travail en équipe tout en étant capable de prendre des initiatives et de travailler de manière autonome.
  • Rigoureux(se), flexible et organisé(e), vous savez gérer vos priorités, mener plusieurs tâches de front et vous adapter aux imprévus.
  • Votre orientation solutions, votre clairvoyance et votre goût pour les environnements variés vous permettent de vous épanouir dans une fonction où chaque journée est différente.
