Consultant Elektro- & Installatietechniek Detachering, BBL-leerling Voor jou - Een goed salaris tussen de €3.000,- en €4.000,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennis); - Een winstdelingsregeling vergelijkbaar met een 13e maand; - Een zeer aantrekkelijke en ongelimiteerde bonusregeling bovenop jouw maandelijkse basissalaris; - Een auto van de zaak (welke je ook privé kan rijden); - Laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Veel vakantie dagen, namelijk 31,5 dag per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband; - Voldoende doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een dynamisch bedrijf; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Van jou - Enkele jaren relevante en aantoonbare ervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling; - Ervaring binnen een 360 graden richting sales is een pré; - Afgeronde Hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B. Vacaturebeschrijving Als Consultant bemiddel je professionals zoals elektromonteurs, loodgieters, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders binnen de regio Noord-Brabant. Je bent de schakel tussen kandidaten en opdrachtgevers en weet als geen ander hoe je vraag en aanbod succesvol samenbrengt. Door dagelijks in gesprek te zijn met zowel klanten als kandidaten krijg je een goed beeld van hun wensen, ambities en behoeften. Je bouwt actief aan een sterk netwerk binnen jouw marktgebied en weet duurzame relaties op te bouwen met zowel bestaande als nieuwe opdrachtgevers. Door jouw commerciële inzicht herken je kansen in de markt en weet je deze te vertalen naar succesvolle plaatsingen. Je denkt mee met klanten over hun personeelsvraagstukken en begeleidt kandidaten naar een passende vervolgstap in hun carrière.
