En tant que Consultant en Recrutement, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Identifier et attirer les talents en utilisant divers outils de recrutement et plateformes ;
  • Gérer le processus de recrutement de A à Z, incluant la publication des annonces, la présélection des CV et la conduite des entretiens ;
  • Conseiller les clients sur leurs besoins en recrutement et sur le marché de l'emploi ;
  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients et les candidats ;
  • Assurer un suivi régulier avec les clients et les candidats pour garantir leur satisfaction ;
  • Participer activement aux activités de développement commercial pour renforcer la présence de l'entreprise sur le marché ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs communs.

Vous êtes le profil que nous recherchons si :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) en RH, gestion ou dans un domaine connexe ;
  • Vous avez une première expérience ou une forte affinité avec le recrutement;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais , le néerlandais est un plus.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et avez un excellent sens de la communication ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les plateformes de recrutement.
