Vanuit onze vestiging in Zwolle werken we dagelijks samen met ondernemers, directies en managementteams aan vraagstukken rondom groei, leiderschap en talent. Voor onze groei in Zwolle zoeken wij een Consultant Executive Search die energie krijgt van het ontwikkelen van relaties, het creëren van nieuwe kansen en het bouwen aan een eigen markt. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het invullen van sleutelposities, maar vooral voor het opbouwen van duurzame samenwerkingen met ondernemers, directies en managementteams. Je combineert executive search en werving & selectie van management en professionals met strategisch advies. Daarmee help je organisaties niet alleen het juiste talent te vinden, maar ook duurzame keuzes te maken rondom recruitment, leiderschap en organisatieontwikkeling. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om initiatief te nemen, je eigen netwerk uit te bouwen en commerciële kansen te verzilveren. Samen met je collega's bouw je verder aan de groei van onze vestiging in Zwolle. Je kunt rekenen op de kennis en begeleiding van een ervaren team, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de ruimte krijgt om je eigen netwerk, markt en klantenportefeuille verder te ontwikkelen. Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen recruitment, consultancy of een commerciële B2B-omgeving en bent toe aan een volgende stap waarin ondernemerschap, commercie en consultancy samenkomen en waarin je zichtbaar impact maakt bij organisaties die vooruit willen.
