Deine Aufgaben

* gemeinsam mit deinem Team steuerst du die bauliche Ausrichtung unseres Filialbaus und entwickelst die Architektur- und Baukonzepte sowie die TGA zukunftssicher und nachhaltig weiter

* du legst zusammen mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen (w/m/d) Baustandards fest und entwickelst diese weiter

* mit deiner fachlichen Expertise berätst du unsere Immobilienbüros und begleitest sie bei Filialbauprojekten

* du testest neue technische Möglichkeiten und bist mit deinem Team für die Qualitätssicherung zuständig

Dein Profil

* deine Ausbildung im Bereich Bau- oder Gebäudetechnik / HKLS, Elektrotechnik (HTL, Lehre, Meister, Studium) hast du abgeschlossen

* du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln

* du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den klassischen Office-Anwendungen oder Google Workspace und bringst erste Erfahrung in AutoCAD mit

* du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist offen für Neues und gehst deine Aufgaben absolut zielstrebig an
