Als Consultant ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor zowel opdrachtgevers als kandidaten. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen commercie en inhoud en weet waar kansen liggen in de markt. Je werkt zelfstandig aan searchopdrachten en neemt daarin de regie, van intake tot plaatsing. Tegelijkertijd bouw je actief aan je netwerk. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met opdrachtgevers binnen jouw focusgebied - Opbouwen en versterken van een relevant en kwalitatief kandidatennetwerk - Zelfstandig searchopdrachten uitvoeren en coördineren, van kandidaatgesprekken en selectie tot interviews en plaatsingen met opdrachtgevers - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over marktontwikkelingen en wervingsstrategieën - Signaleren en ontwikkelen van new business kansen Het aanbod Je komt terecht in een rol met veel ruimte voor ondernemerschap en eigen inbreng. Er wordt doelgericht gewerkt, met oog voor kwaliteit en samenwerking. Tegelijk is er veel aandacht voor teamgevoel en plezier, zowel op als buiten de werkvloer.
