Vous avez acquis une première expérience professionnelle en recrutement et souhaitez progresser dans le métier? En tant que Consultant freelance en recrutement, vous développez progressivement votre réseau de candidats et d’employeurs dans la province de Liège.

Vous accompagnez les candidats, apprenez à clarifier les besoins de recrutement et développez également la dimension commerciale d’un rôle à 360 degrés. Vous travaillez de manière autonome, avec un onboarding clair, une méthode structurée, un accompagnement direct et la plateforme NexSelect comme base.

  • Rechercher et contacter activement des candidats pertinents
  • Présélectionner, interviewer et suivre les candidats avec soin
  • Présenter les candidats aux employeurs de manière professionnelle et argumentée
  • Participer aux prises de brief et traduire les besoins en une recherche claire
  • Développer progressivement de nouvelles relations avec des employeurs dans la province de Liège
  • Accompagner le processus du premier contact à l’entretien, l’offre et le placement
  • Enregistrer correctement les activités, accords et statuts dans NexSelect
  • Travailler selon la méthode NexSelect, les accords de qualité et les règles de confidentialité

  • Vous avez une première expérience professionnelle pertinente en recrutement, sourcing ou talent acquisition. Un repère de 1 à 3 ans est recommandé
  • Vous aimez accompagner les candidats et souhaitez également développer vos compétences commerciales
  • Vous prenez des initiatives, communiquez de manière professionnelle et assurez un suivi rigoureux
  • Vous travaillez comme indépendant ou êtes disposé à démarrer correctement une activité indépendante
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils numériques et enregistrez votre travail de manière structurée
  • Vous maîtrisez le français au niveau professionnel C1. Le néerlandais est un atout
  • Un réseau ou une bonne connaissance de la province de Liège constitue un atout
